Program Overview
You will have an opportunity to express your creativity and talent in hair, skin and nail care, and makeup application. The culture of the school inspires confidence and success. Our cosmetology course incorporates extensive hands-on learning to provide you with a complete understanding of beauty and learning to provide you a complete understanding for beauty and wellness. Upon completion, you will be ready to succeed as a licensed cosmetologist and entrepreneur. Our goal is to create the most successful entrepreneurs in beauty and skin care industry.

Students in the Cosmetology Pathway will be eligible to take courses in Customer Service and Entrepreneurship through Sinclair Community College. At the completion of each class, with a passing grade, the student will earn a call center certification, which is nationally recognized and college credits. At the end of their senior year they will have earned 6-9 college credits, along with their cosmetology license and a high school diploma. Each student will be granted a $3,000 Tech Prep Scholarship to attend Sinclair Community College for the next two years following graduation.

Students enrolled in our program will be able to enter into career fields of the following:
Hairstyling / Design, Skincare, Nail Technology, Aesthetics / Esthetics, Salon Management/Ownership, Spa Services, Teacher Training Continuing Education, Makeup Artistry, Electrolysis/Electro logy, Movie Stylist, and Permanent Make-up.
